I am new to the board but have been on this website many times and have always found the answers to my questions without having coming out and asking. We are crusing for the first time on Norwegian Jewel and was wondering if there is a laundry facility where I can do laundry? I hate bringing home the dirty clothes!!

Yes, the Jewel has laundry facilities on 4 decks, starting with deck 5 I believe. They have about 3 washers and dryers plus an iron and ironing board. There is no charge but you do have to buy the detergent, unless you bring your own. A box of Tide is $1.00 and the directions say it does one load. Actually the washers are a little smaller than standard so a box will do two loads. To us, having the facility was a life saver as we had been traveling for about a week before we even boarded the ship for our 10 day cruise.

With the laundry room only 3 onboard. What's the best time to use either one of the facility which is provided? Does all 3 rooms got iron and ironing board?
