Recent NCL credit card offer...

I'm hoping someone can help me with this. We booked a Majesty cruise for July using 3 $500 certificates earned through our credit card. Before booking we received a post card in the mail with a special offer that you could book certain cruises and use both the certificates AND the category upgrade instead of one or the other. Our Majesty cruise qualifies.

Our certificates have been applied, but we didn't receive the upgrade. I've tried calling NCL - they say call Bank of America. I've called Bank of America - they don't kow. Talked to my TA - she says she was told the upgrade would be applied closer to sailing. That doesn't make sense and I believe the offer stated it would be applied at the time certificates were applied.

Anyway...I don't know who or where to call to follow through on this and I can't find the card with the offer. Does anyone happen to know of this offer and still have the card or have an idea who or where to contact??!!

I would ask your TA to call NCL and ask to speak to a supervisor to get this problem resolved.
