Help Art Auction on Pride of Aloha

Can anyone tell me the name of the art auction company on this ship? I thought it was West end???? We bought a couple pieces and have gotten nothing.

the company on RCL is Park West not sure if it's the same on NCL

some of these companies went out of business, plus they are slow to send at the best of times.
