Dawn- Great Stirrup Cay Excursion

I see that it is $29 per person for the Snorkel Adventure at NCL's Private Island, Great Stirrup Cay. What does that include? If I have my own snorkel equpiment can I snorkel along with everyone else or are there special areas where only those that paid $29 can snorkel.

Also- Can I rent just the Life Jacket or must I pay $29 to be eligible to rent that as well.

When we were at Great Stirrup Cay those who had their own snorkling equipment could borrow the life jacket, no cost, but that was over a year ago so it might have been changed since then.
