Does Norwegian allow passengers to take sodas and water aboard cruise ships, specifically the Spirit. I have always been able to on Carnival, but am sailing with Norwegian for the first time in Jan. Can anyone give me any info.
We have taken soda and water on board the Majesty, Dawn and Spirit.
On our cruise on the Dawn last week, we brought water bottles and powdered drink mix. We have found that the tap water on the ship is good. It was much less to pack as well.

We usually take a couple of bottles of water, just to have the bottles. then we refill them with the ship water. You are right, it is just as good as water anywhere.
I doubt that they will allow it. Bring a large water bottle..empty, refill it on board and chill it in your refridgereator. They do sell a soft drink card..you can look it up on their website.
good luck + enjoy your cruise!

refill with what ?? with water from rest rooms ??
I was on Epic this sommer - there was no problem to
bring some bottles of mineral water (I bought too much in London).
Water on Bord was OK: "Apollinaris" and "Perye" -
of cource it is main stream and not realy the best one.
sure I can not get my favorite German
water on bord but I was happy to get some normal sparkling water from glass
bottles.
It was OK and not expensive (3-4 USD): in New York in Bar one would pay double
prise (7-9 USD a bottle) !!!

abslulutely no problem bringing soda or water onto the ship, but I don't know if you noticed or not, the OP asked the question almost 4 years ago, I bet he/she has already sailed, what do you think?
I have done this several times. The first NCL I went on I saw people doing this and was not aware that I could, so at the first stop I got off the ship and bought 6 20oz bottles and brought them back on board. The next couple I was prepared and brought a couple of 12 packs. My stepmom even brought her own wine. You do pay a slight uncorking fee, but it is minimal.
