Default Alaska-is this a good deal?

We have booked and are about to pay for the May 18th Glacier Bay cruise out of Seattle on the Pearl. Inside cabin, 649.00 for each of the first 2 adults and 299.00 each additional. We have 3 adults and a toddler.

Deposit is due tomorrow and final payment March 2nd.

cruise planner told me they would honor any price drop up until final payment.

What is the liklihood the price will go down?

It looks like a reasonable price. It's the same thing that's currently listed on the NCL website as part of their "pity the procrastinator" sale. That is only the cruise fare -- taxes and fees are another $126.42 pp (at least for the 1st and 2nd passengers). I probably wouldn't know, but we've been trying to figure out if there's anyway for us to do a return trip on this same sailing, so I've been investigating prices myself.

It is slightly less than the price we paid last year when my DH and I went on the Pearl, and I think that's a pretty good deal for the 3rd and 4th persons.

Personally, after having been in an inside cabin, I'd have second thoughts about 4 people in one. They're great for two people, but for four, even if one is a small child, it will be a tight fit.

I agree with Ute - it'll be really tight with 3 adults and 1 toddler. We had 2 adults and 2 children (5 and 2) in an inside cabin and I wouldn't do that again....but it sounds like a good deal.

it is a good price but I agree, you may be a little tight.

Will they horon a price reduction? Not if you are on a promo like the procrastination one, but I really don't think the price will drop too much. Alaska cruises are quite pricey.

We just sailed with NCL this past September to Alaska. I, too, hoped the prices would drop as time went on. Instead, they continued to go up. The sailing was actually completely sold out. Your pricing looks good to me. I do agree that having four in a cabin will be tight.
