Default Chilly on Balcony

I will be cruising on Pride of America in Hawaii mid December on a balcony state room. Will it be chilly sitting on the balcony? What about the weather on the islands. I'm just trying to figure out what kind of clothes to take. Shorts, capris long pants sweaters???
TIA

HI - I AM CURIOUS AS TO WHAT KIND OF ROOM LEVEL YOU HAVE? I AM TRYING TO PUT TOGETHER A HAWAII CRUISE NEXT YEAR AND I'M LOOKING AT TRYING TO GET 4 FRIENDS TOGETHER TO GO ON THE PRIDE OF AMERICA.
WHEN YOU GET BACK FROM YOUR TRIP, WOULD YOU MIND EMAILING ME AND LETTING ME KNOW YOUR THOUGHTS ON THE TRIP, THE SHIP, THE CREW AND THE FOOD ETC>????

THANKS!
