of course there is a wonderful kids program for those 3 and over. Alaska is so port intensive the kids may not spend a lot of time at kids kamp, but they will have a great time when they do and meet lots of kids their age. There is no way to choose the best tour, it depends on what your family enjoys and your budget. Alaksan tours can get very pricey.
Probably she wil spend most of her time doing tours. They do have a very active teen program and she will be the perfect age. It is geared more to the younger teens than the 16 and up group.
Our granddaughter was 13 or maybe 12 when we took her to Alaska, between all the ports and the nightly shows she kept plenty busy, still 9 years later she thinks it was her best cruise.
