A week ago I wrote that NCL was charging us a cancellation fee and it shouldn't have been so. After 3 months my agent fought with them and had to pull up audio record showed there was a call from Cruise.com 3 months before we cancelled. They told me there Never was a call.....I haven't heard from them as of yet and doubt they will contact us.
Shan, congrats on your victory!!! I sure think it's great you stuck to your guns and won the battle! It sounds as though your TA learned a valuable lesson, to take down a confirmation number and a name when they cancel a cruise. Does your TA keep audio files of their conversations with the cruiseline or does NCL?
