Default Norwegian Majesty from Baltimore to Bermuda

We're scheduled on this cruise in July. Any information would be helpful. We've cruised Celebrity and Cunard and know that NCL is not going to be the same type of line, but we're comfortable with that. Just wanted to get some impressions of food, service, cleanliness, activities. Also, anyone ever leave from Baltimore? We also understand there are vouchers that can be purchased for restaurants in case we want to eat ashore. Any info. on those? Any restaurant suggestions? How about shore excursions? Since we have a couple of days there, should we book on our own rather than the ship excursions? Any suggestions on what to see? Saw crystal caves mentioned that sounded interesting. Any information would be appreciated!
