Dawn Restaurants

I am sailing on the Dawn on May 4th. This is my first freestyle cruise. How do the restuarants work? Which ones have a cover charge? Can u make reservations for all nights on the first night? Can u make reservations before you sail. Also the NCL website does not have any excursions for the port of Hamilton, Bermuda, is that usual?

the Burmeda question I can't answer. Here is pretty much how it works, there are main dining rooms with no sur charge, plus Blue Lagoon, the buffet and a couple other places you can eat without any additional charges. The sur charge restaurants like Le Bistro, Cagneys and a few others will charge from $15 to $25. You can make reservations the day of or the day before. Just go to the pursers desk early or mid morning. Don't fall for the story you have to get there at 7am. Bull!!!!!!
