We are looking at June 2009. We wanted to do Bermuda but the majesty and spirit say that we can't book that many, even in the suites. It would be a 35y, 36y, 56y, 7y, and 6month old. Would like to do one room if it's possible, but the suites say they accomidate only 4!
Any info would be great! thanks!
Kim

Next Cruise...NCL Dawn 6/6/10 NYC to Bermuda ;-)
The Dawn from NYC to Bermuda has AB penthouses that hold five. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms. One set pure luxary the other bedroom and bat a bit tight. If you get a crib for the 6mo old and put that near the master bedroom it would work for your mix.
Here is a nice overview of an AB from the Star - same layout on the Dawn.
Wow, very nice! Thank you! It is a little more then what we wanted to spend. (although half the price of a disney suite). I think we are leaning towards not bringing grandma and just winging it ourselves since we will just be docked the whole time. Still deciding!
Thanks for the info and picture!

How very nice! Was that a window overlooking the ocean in the shower? Oh my goodness! I'll have to keep it in consideration. We have saved $3000 in vouchers with ncl! Thank you so much for the link!
You will be able to put 4 people in a superior oceanview cabin on the Majesty. It will be 2 upper beds and 2 lower beds.
I believe that there are only 8 or 9 oceanview cabins on the Spirit that fit 4 and they are all on deck 4. All will be 3 lower beds and one upper bed. It makes wall to wall beds. I will also say that all the inside cabins for 4 are 3 lower beds and 1 upper bed. I have been in one of these cabins and it is tight for 4.
The inside cabins, 5035, 6035, 6535, and a few others are all about 200 sq. feet and will fit 4.
I have stayed in the AB Penthouse suite on the Dawn pictured above and it is my favorite cabin by far.
I forgot to add that there are no balcony cabind that fit more than 3. All suites on the Spirit fit 2 or a max of 3. The Spirit is unique to NCL and not like any other ships because it was originally built for the Asian market.
Thanks for that info but if we bring a baby it counts in the numbers...so it would total 5 if we also bring grandma, and they don't allow 5 in a 4 person cabin even if the 5th person is 6mo old. Unless we leave grandma home?
Sorry, you are correct. If you want 5 on the Spirit, there is no such cabin. The only adjoining cabins on the Spirit are balconies and you can do 2 and 3.
My brother is sailing with us next year on the Spirit and he has 3 kids. He did book a balcony and the inside across the hall to save some money but he and his wife will be split up that way.
