Port Day suggestions while on the Sun

The theme of our upcoming cruise to Mexico on the Sun in October is, "Do Very Little Slowly". Keeping that in mind, does anyone have any suggestions for either In-Town or On-The- Ship activites when the ship is in various Mexican ports? (We've done the shore excursions on previous cruises). Thanks so much.

First and foremost, take advantage of the less crowded ship and lay out by the pool: then do a spa treatment of some sort because the are less expensive on port days. Of course you can just get off the ship and walk around some or take go ashore and grab a margarita at a local off the drag bar. Some of our favorite days are port days when we choose not to do a tour.
