Default How will my charges appear?

When I booked a cruise on Carnival with my travel agent, the charges appeared as Carnival Cruise Lines on my credit card statement, rather than the travel agency. Does NCL work this way to, or does it depend on the travel agency? I'm looking to book a cruise on NCL before the BoA NCL MasterCard comes to an end at the end of this year, and for me to earn 4 points per $100 spent, I need the charges to show up as NCL rather than the travel agency.

Once I've booked the cruise, can I prepay my tips before the credit card program ends? Can I add OBC to my onboard account using my credit card as well over the phone?

Your charge should definitely be billed directly from NCL. or any other cruise lines.

Your travel agent should be able to arrange for the purchase of an onboard credit as well.

I'm not certain if NCL allows the pre-paid tipping, as they call it a service charge, unlike others who just call it gratuities.

Yes you charge will show up as NCL. If it does not run don't walk to another TA.

Normally you can not prepay your service charge but it has been included in some group fares.

You can have your TA or call NCL direct to purchase OBCs that can be used to pay the service charge or anything else.

Default Tipping

Hi I booked a group of 20 people to cruise the week of Thanksgiving,As a group we were all pre-charged $70.00 per person for our gratuities. I was told by NCL that this will not be charge to our OBC because it has already been paid. But I will bring my invoice to show that we already paid,
