Pearl A3 category

:D

Does anyone have pictures of the courtyard villas? Does the extra bedroom have a bed or just a pull out sofa? DH and I do better sleeping in seperate rooms.

How is the courtyard area accessed? I notice some of the higher categories get to acccess it but are on lower decks. Do you get much noise on Deck 14 from the climbing wall?

Any info is appreciated. First time on NCL and first time to Alaska.

You will love the A3. The second bedroom has a double sofa bed. Have them add a foam topper and it is comfortable. My 6'3" adult son spent 10 days on it. There is also a single pullman bed.

Access to the courtyard in fact all of deck 14 is controlled by your keycard. There is a door on the stairway that requires a card coded for access and a slot in the elevator to get it to go to that deck. From your CV there is open access from 4 doors in the hallway.

The climbing wall is no where near the CV and not an issue.

I will provide more details as requested. I have been lucky enough to stay twice in an A3. The service will spoil you rotten.

Thank you. Pictures are great! Can't wait. Another question - is there only the one conceriege and butler for all the suites?

There are 3 butlers. One for each side and the Garden Villa on that side. There is also one that takes care of the courtyard for breakfast and lunch service from Cagneys.

There is one Concierge for the ship plus their assistants. Pick up your cordless phone that you will get to carry arround and they will take care of any request. You should find the concierge in the Star Bar most mornings and at lunch. It is closed to all but VIPs during the day. If you wiss to join the other vips you can go there for breakfast and lunch in Cagney's. It is outstanding.

You can get the same food served in the courtyard or your A3 if you wish

Great Pics! I have seen several posts regarding A3. We are booked in an A4 for the Gem transatlantic in April. I am curious if the A4 has the same great window in the bathroom? How lovely would it be to soak in the tub and look out onto the ocean!
