Heard something about a breakfast in bed menu being on NCL ships, does anyone know if they still do this? Do they literally come to your bed? I noticed it had hot food on it, the person said they put out the door hanger the night before similar to the regular in room breakfast menu. Thanks.

We've not done "breakfast in bed" but have often had breakfast room service at sea. I doubt they enter your room without you opening the door. It may also be served on a bed tray (with letter legs) rather than the flat tray usually used for room service. One person get to stay in bed.
The door hanger also allows you to not have to get up and call in room service, so you can wake up to your coffee and muffin or whatever.
