Default Corkage fee question, thanks

Hi there, am ordering the Anniversary Package for an upcoming cruise for my parents. I have cruised NCL previously myself but not done this. The anniversary package comes with a bottle of sparkling wine to the cabin & a bottle of wine with a dinner at Le Bistro.

My question is I've heard of the corkage fees that are sometimes enacted. Can they bring these bottles to enjoy to the restaurants without fees ? Likely they won't finish the bottle at Le Bistro, is it best to have it at their cabin then?

Also are you able to bring bottled water and soft drinks onboard at embarkation, is in your carry on best? Many thanks.

Corkage fee $15 is only applied to all wine you bring onboard. Wines purchased as part of a package or onboard never have an additional corkage fee. They can be enjoyed in the cabin or any restaurant on the ship. They will even store unfinished wine and serve it in any other restaurant the next night. You are free if you want to take the unfinished wine with you back to the cabin or anywhere on the ship.
