I will be on the Epic cruise and I really look forward to meeting you. As a former line cook (I had ability but not "talent") I would love to hear and swap some "war stories" about life in the kitchens of fine dining restaurants.
It's going to be a great cruise and I know all of the Cruisemates will have a wonderful time on this great new ship, meeting you and enjoying everything that will be offered.

I think that is the first time since many years that the wealthy and beautiful
people have their own area: bars , elevators, swimingpools, (disco ?).
And extreme poor (and ugly?) people in the Studios have their own areas too - Living Room.
I think it is interesting - so we all have more really cruise felling as in gut old times.
But my main questions if I go to any cruise is if there is some sparkling water in glass bottles everywere (I hate the plastic water and I drink no alcohol, fanta etc.).
And would DJ "make" some nice disco music and not main stream Hip-hop ...

I was eating all the way in garden Cafee all the way and I feel that the meal is
very gut and made in health way and I liked it very much.
Only 3 points wondered me
- no fish (only "snack" fish morning)
- some stuff was extremly hard to get - one need very long arm.
- coffee cups smells terrible (some desenfection stuff maybe)
OK I get some fish in Sushi restoaraunt
Fish was very tasty and the presentation was gut .
Of course there was no Japan waitress there ,
But all was made professional and the in nice way.

Yes I hail from Brooklyn origanlly. Born in BKLYN in 1972 and moved to South Jersey in the summer of 02. I also spent my chilhood in Staten Island.
Is there any particular reason you are not cruising with us? There still time to sign up for the trip.

I'm recovering from major surgery ,otherwise I would definitely have considered the cruise .My wife is a great cook .She recently catered a party for over 100 people .
Hey Serj, I am not extremely poor and ugly and I have a lovely studio on the Epic. I am just an independent woman traveler who is penny wise and not pound foolish!
Remember the theme to Gilligans Island. Here it goes " Sit right back and I tell a tle a tale of a passionate Chef". Yeah I changed the words around. Hi IM Chef Matt. You had to see me before I was on Season 4 of Hells Kitchen. I teamed up with Cruisemates for a cruise on a new ship.
