Spa Charge for Epic non-spa passengers?

Does anyone know if non-spa cabin passengers can purchase a spa pass for Epic? If you can what is the price? I've been unable to find this out.

I just wrote it down tonight as we had dinner in Teppenyaki with a group of the Steiner reps:

For the thermal suite you can get access for $20/day, or $130/week for one person - or $199/week for a couple.

There is a Thelassotherapy pool, ceramic beds, steam aromatherapy, a dry sauna and a relaxation lounge.

My sister will be sailing with us on the October 30th CM cruise and she was very interested in this. She thought the Spa pass was included but didn't realize that we were in a D3 and not a Spa cabin.

I guess I'll have to get her a spa pass for a bon voyage gift.
