we like history, so we chose the trip to Lamani. Mayan pyramid. That was back in 2002, but we really liked it. It was June and very hot..and humid. The trip was great, tour van to a dock, got on boats(twin 220hp) for the 40 minute water ride to the dock at Lamani. Small museum to view, and lunch. Very good I think chicken, beans rice and cold cold soda..the pyramid was still in a working mode, not ready for anyone to climb up it, I believe you can now. Howler monkeys in the trees..worth the money for the excursion..Dona

Belize has a lot to offer, we have also been to Lamanai Mayan Ruins, X-stream Cave tubing and ziplining and we are looking at the Sun Kissed beach break with Snorkeling this time. I highly recommend http://belizecruiseexcursions.com we've had a great experience with them

Default Action Boys Belize

We used www.actionboysbelize.com for our excursion in Belize City. Their services are family friend and reliable. When loved most of all was that they don't join groups. We had a great time at very rate. Hop this helps

Cave tubing is not to be missed. Just Google "cave tubing Belize".
We used Major Tom and were very satisfied. It is about half the cost of what the cruise line will charge.

Hey - that's the guy we are using in December - lots of fab reviews on several cruise websites - seems he and his team (call themselves "Major Tom and the Fun Team) actually were among the pioneers of this tour about 18 years ago. They come highly recommended and are at cave-tubing.net Very nice website - the 21 cave tubing funnies there had us all in stitches at home !!!! Looking forward to the zipline and jumping off rocks into the river. They were pretty good at sending us all the info we needed and more - and they take children of all ages (we have 3 kids in our group, 5, 7 and 9 years).

Default belize city excursions

We just booked cave tubing and zip line with actionboysbelize.com . We got a group discount of $85.00 per/ person for the cave and zip line. The other half of our group is doing a combination of altun ha ruins and city tour. Got a discount of $35.p/p for the altun ha and city tour. This is indeed a great deal.
