does anyone know if there is extra room in interior rooms of the ncl spirit for a fold up wheel chair or will it be to crowded

Spirit is not known for the size of its cabins. An inside will be around 150 sq. ft. A fold up wheel chair will definitely cut down on your available space.

If a wheel chair is needed I would see about booking a Handicap Accessible cabin.

There are a couple of handicapped (inside rooms) that would have plenty of room plus a few other indside cabins that are larger than average.

We have booked the inside handicapped cabins on spirit. They r easier with a wheelchair,I would suggest calling NCL ,I forget the name of the company, for the name of the company that NCL uses as they only allow one company. To rent motorized wheelchairs or scooters it made a huge difference for my mother-in-law.

I had clients who reserved an inside handicapped cabin as well. It was spacious, the cabin stewards really really nice and the guests were very comfortable.
