I do not have the exact prices, but they are quite high. Much higher than a high end spa (in my area, at least). I think a 50 minute Swedish began at $105 (plus 15% gratuity).
There are specials for services while in port, but sometimes they will only be on the high end massages and services.
Oh, Nita - I am soooo jealous! I love Costa Maya - one part being the cheap massages on the beach. Of course, it's a very different experience than the ship's spa, but I've been known to do one an an "appetizer" then follow up with the full meal deal
Be sure you let out at least one good "aaaagh" for me.
let ya know about the entire trip when we get back. We are leaving on Thursday cause we have never been to Natchez and Vicksburg. I want to see some of the civil war history. Then we will spend one night in NOLA.

some of the port days the spa had $99 specials, which included massages and facials..
We are back in AZ now, booked a swedish aromatherapy and hot rock massage for friday here in our little town of Quartzsite-the amazing price of 1 hour for $35.00. I don't think the Star had anything for 35.00!
We had an awesome trip and loved the AH penthouse suite we were in on deck 12! Dona
