Just got off this ship Feb.6 2011. 1st time with NCL and will be my last. There was no wow factor. We had a balcony and it was not cleaned until the 3rd day. Cabin mirrors, windows and glass on pictures were never cleaned. Toliet area smelled of urine from day 1. Bottom of shower door had alot of dirt or mold or both. Tried complaining but got no action. Talked to others on this ship and we all agreed. Food boring and tasteless, except in speacialy restaurants.
