I am taking my 13 year old son on the Gem next month.

Wondering if he will be allowed in the fitness center? Or is it adults only?

Also, is there a charge to use the video arcade?

Is there a charge for soft drinks in the dining rooms?

Do they have a soda card you can purchase?

He should be allowed to use the fitness machines - no problem.

Only for the individual games (like any arcade) - but no charge to enter.

Yes - they have to be ordered from the bar.

Do they have a soda card you can purchase?

yes - they do - someone will come in with the cost (its not at my fingertips)

I do find it annoying that you have to pay to play the games. There doesn't seem to be much left on ships that is included in the cruise fare.
