middle east cruise on NCL Jade, Oct 15-11

My party of 5 adults, will be going into Israel, Nazareth and Tel Aviv, also into Egypt, Port Said and Alexandria.. NCL Jade offer tours that include overnite stay in Nazareth Israel and from the first day in Egypt staying in Cairo...The price for these tours are HIGH !! We booked private tour companies and include overnite stay in there price, great prices. We checked NCL Jade to make sure we could do this and they said no way, we will not be allowed back on the ship if if we book independly. Is anyone else doing this cruise and does anyone know if they really do this???
