NCL Employment issue

Hello everyone !
I got an issue with my employer i guess.

Has this ever happend to anyone els ?

Been to my country recruiter posted on NCL's list of recruiters for them.
Took the pre-interviu .. then Took the final-interview .
It been over 9 months and still no word about the LOE O.o

What do you guys think ?

If kept calling the recruiter once a month or something like that to see if they got anything but they keep telling me the same thing , ( We are sorry but we did not receive your LOE or any other person currently that applied for the same spot like you )

23.05.2011 was the date .
And yes i received the confirmation that if been accepted by the company.
And no im not Asian xD

If you guys have any tips id really apreciate the help !
