Norwegian Baltic Capitals Tour May 13-21

Since shore excursions are expensive, is there anyone who would like to form a small group to make price cheaper? Also, we are a couple ( in mid 60s) and are hoping to meet others on cruise. We have been on Trafalgar tours and are very active, in that we like to go on all the excursions.
