NCL private Hawaiian island

When we were on ncl epic a CM told us the line was purchasing 2 USED ships from another line, and was working on a private resort, or island ( similar to great stirrup) in Hawaii to diversify itineraries for the POA. Also, the island would serve as a port for NCL transpacific cruises and repositioning cruises. Does anyone have any info?
