Private shore excursions for Epic Western Mediterraean

My wife and I are booked on the Norwegian Epic Western Mediterranean cruise that leaves Barcelona on June 30, 2013. We are looking for other passengers to share private shore excursions in Naples, Florence, and Rome. I have been advised from friends that private shore excursions are more personal than the ship sponsored tours. Private tours can handle up to eight passengers and are cheaper the more passengers there are on the tour. Please let me know if you are interested in sharing cost for private shore excursions.
