Dress Code on the Regatta

We're sailing on the Lisbon to London May 20th cruise on the Regatta, our first Oceania cruise. How formal is the dress code at dinner? Jackets for men? Women's dress?
Also interested in hearing from anyone who has purchased land tours and what ones you recommend.

The dress code on the Oceania is what you would wear out to a nice restaurant..my husband NEVER takes a tie and rarely a jacket..I wear long skirts or black pants with different tops..I always take a wrap with me for dinner as if it is cold, I have some protection..Oceania is a fabulous cruise line and you will love it!!
