casual country club wear

My wife and I are sailing 2/20 on Regatta. We're very experienced cruisers, usually on the more formal lines. She wants to have "casual country club wear" explained. Details please. I'm planning on khackis and sport shirts with a blue blazer. Okay?

We were on the Insignia for two weeks in October. My husband brought a blazer, wore it a couple of times, but was in the minority. Most men wore dress pants and a nice shirt to dinner.
