Our first Oceania cruise was on the Insigna was fabulous. (March 08 a TA from Rio to Barcelona). We are booked on the Regatta - a TA from Barcelona to Miami next month.
Their food is the best at sea and everytrhing was perfect on our cruise. My DH wished the ship was larger and wanted more to do during our long sea days. Not me - I enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere, their craft classes kept me very busy and I loved every second. I did things on Oceania that I have never done before while cruising. I don't sit around and am always on the go. I enjoyed sitting having coffee with the wonderful women I met on the cruise and we are still in contact with each other. I can't wait to get back on Oceania again.

I am also starting to wonder about the people on Oceania being stuffy.
I have heard other people say this - and sure enough on our Oceania Baltic cruise someone walked up to one of our cruise mates and said...
"Nice shirt - too bad you don't have any taste."
A complete stranger. We laughed about it - but the arrogance of anyone saying that to a complete stranger. Reminds me of Obama saying "the police acted stupidly" before he knew anything about the officer involved.
The shirt, just FYI - was a button-down tropical bought at Costco, a place where I am sure most of us buy clothes at least once in a while.
Who in the world would criticize a complete stranger? A really sad and lonely person riddled with insecurity.
