Thanks for your input - she really looks like she is going to be a great experience. I can't wait to see the decor.
I mean I know the staterooms are going to be big and comfortable and the food will be exquisite. The decor on the smaller ships is a little plain, so I curious to see if they spruce it up a lot for Marina.

I am thinking abot a mediterranean cruise on her in April - I like the size of the suites and the dining options. I guess we need to see of the ship lives up to the hype.

I am meeting with some of the top Oceania executives next week. If you (or anyone else) have any specific questions, please let me know and I can get you answers...assuming I don't have the answer already.
I am so excited about going on the Marina's maiden voyage next month. We were upgraded from an oceanview into a B3 Veranda cabin. It's the first time the upgrade fairy has visited us.

Paul, I look forward to seeing you onboard.

That is a good deal
Hope you will post when you return
I knew it was a three day cruise, with the naming ceremony on the 8th, but i have not been ticketed yet, but I didnt see that the naming ceremony is on the last day of our cruise. I do leave on the 5th.

The Marina has been delivered and is on her Maiden Voyage!
Oceania Cruise's president, Bill Binder, is blogging about the cruise, which seems to be going well...except for the weather and seas. There are some great photos at Taste the Wonderful World of Oceania Cruises
It seems as if Oceania is pulling out all the stops with over-the-top food, service and open bar as well as internet.
Besides having a great new ship, Oceania knows how to market. Let's see how the rest of the Maiden Voyage goes...Hopefully just as well. (The Brass is, apparently, getting off the ship before the transatlantic portion.)
