Default ObamaCare is a Tax

I am very "middle-class" in income and my taxes definitely went up last year - because you can no longer deduct your medical insurance payments as medical expenses due to ObamaCare.

I am free-lance and my medical insurance is well into five figures yearly. That is a lot of taxable income to add to my bottom line.

Now, Obama said he would never raise taxes on the middle class yet the sole reason the Supreme Court upheld ObamaCare is because "the federal government has the right to impose taxes."

What - ObamaCare is a tax? The fact that the IRS is in charge of compliance enforcement should have been the first clue.

I don't have insurance and I never will. My Christian beliefs dictate to me that I do not. Now I, being self employed and my wife, will have our taxes we pay each year almost doubled when the penalty kicks in. This is definitely a tax and we are middle class, clearing less then 80k per year.

My Christian beliefs tell me not to put God to a foolish test.
