Default US can't secure its border with Mexico and Jordan wants US to secure their border wit

This is very interesting Jordan wants US to use manned aircraft to secure their border with Syria. While the US can't even secure its Mexican border.

(Reuters) - Jordan on Wednesday asked the United States to provide manned U.S. surveillance aircraft to help keep an eye on its border with Syria, the top U.S. military officer said, as the kingdom struggles to contain fallout from Syria's civil war.
The request came during a visit by General Martin Dempsey, chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, and would further bolster the U.S. military support to Jordan after U.S. decisions to station F-16 aircraft and Patriot missiles there.
"Here in Jordan, in particular, they're interested in what we can do to help them see and secure their very long border with Syria," Dempsey said,

Sounds like just another slippery step into the Mideast morass. First observation and then bombing then troops on the ground and dead Americans.

Our border can't be secure, because it is a possible voting block. It is more in important to the politicians To let people who are already breaking our laws, to come though, than to risk hurting a group's feelings.

Jordan is one of the last friends we have in the Middle East. They are not perfect, but with the leader being American educated, and growing up with American Ideals (his step mother is American) it is important that we maintain this friendship.

It is also a good way to keep a eye on Syria, from that direction.

I imagine Native Americans resent all the illegals, too.
