The fix is in AG probbly will not prosecute Lois Lerne
The worst travesty of justice is when the AG will use the a technical argument like that there is insufficient evidence to prosecute and drop the case when it should go to trial. In Pennsylvania the AG a Democrate did this and thank God the Philadelphia district attorney challenged her to giive him the evidence. This is blatant politics and I feel it will turn out the same way with Lerner.
"What’s next for former IRS official Lois Lerner, now that the House of Representatives has found her in contempt of Congress? There are three possible ways that the House could seek to compel Lerner to testify about her alleged targeting of conservative groups. Each involves a different branch of government.
PRESENTMENT TO A GRAND JURY
Under federal law, the Speaker of the House now presents the statement of facts “to the appropriate United States attorney, whose duty it shall be to bring the matter before the grand jury for its action.”
That U.S. attorney is Ronald Machen, who prosecutes federal crimes in the District of Columbia. Refusing to comply to a duly issued congressional subpoena is a class A misdemeanor, punishable by a fine of up to $100,000 and up to a year in jail. “We will carefully review the report from the speaker of the House and take whatever action is appropriate,” said Bill Miller, a Machen spokesman."
