Star Clipper - under sail

Just wondering how much of a typical journey are Star Clipper ships under sail as opposed to motor driven. Obviously they have an schedule to keep so they can't be completely at the mercy of the winds.

If the wind is good, they sail,, if not, they motor,, so just depends on the weather. Sometimes they put the sails up even if little or no wind,, if passengers are complaining not enough sailing, but most Star Clipper captains I have sailed with try to sail as much as possible!
