Hi Friends, These days eco tourism and theme cruises are becoming popular. I would like to know if anyone has cruising experience to Antarctica and how was it? Thanks.
They do cruises to the Antarctica, but its on Russian ice breakers, a bit of a different experience since they can go into the ice where as the cruise ships can't.
wow, I looked at the rates for these cruises, many times what a regular cruise is. I am holding out for HAL cruise from Rio to Valparaiso. It skims by antarctica. FL_TPA_1956SWM@yahoo.com
