Fishing at Key West, Cozumel, or Grand Cayman

I am wanting to book a decent fishing trip for our family on our next cruise. We have a 15 and a 4 yr old plus me and hubby. Does anyone know of a good charter or decent place that would do deep sea fishing? Our schedule shows that we will only be in the port of calls roughly 8 hrs each time so we would prob have to do a 4 hr fishing.
