Default Alexandria, Egypt

This is going to be my first time in Egypt and the ship is in Alexandria for only a day. I absolutely want to go to Giza, but there are several tours that offer a visit to the pyramids/Sphinx. One includes a visit to the Egyptian Museum, the other includes Memphis and the temple of Ptah with the fallen statue of Ramses, the Alabaster Sphinx, a mastaba visit and Sakkara with its step pyramid. Which one is better? I really have no idea. My first thought was the Classic Cairo tour (the one with the museum), but the more I read about the tours, the more I get confused. Any advice on this one?
