Cars/Transportation in Bermuda

Hi, so I know that you are not allowed to drive/ rent cars in Bermuda, but i was wondering if there was any way to rent a car/bus with a driver. I am going with my extended family so there will be 16 of us and because of the ages we have, mopeds and other bikes are not an option. We would really like to have our own mode of transportation and not worry about bus schedules and stuff like that. If anyone had any information about this i would appreciate it a lot.

Will you give a fact which is much better the cars/ transportation in Bermuda or the Airport Transportation San Diego? And if I could be the client give me enough information about it so I'll go for it.
