Anyone travelling on the Pacific Sun departing Bbn 27th Dec?
I'm a 36 year old single mum and have just booked a 10 day cruise over New Years with a girl friend of mine. Now I'm having fears that the cruise is going to be full of couples and retirees. Please please tell me your experience - if you're a single girl..... were there many single guys on your cruise? Also I'd like to hear from single guys that have been on cruises - do they actually go on them???? It didn't occur to me until after I booked that it's probably not the kind of holiday a single guy would book??? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!!! Thanks
Also, am interested in anyone who is going on this cruise who has a teenage daughter around 14 years - it would be great if my teen could become penpals (via msn) prior to going on this cruise.
Hi liz, i'm a single guy,who has booked on the same cruise,i originally booked with a mate of mine, but because of work commitments he has pulled out,so i'm travelling alone.I hope there will be other ppl in the same boat (no pun intended).I have had friends who have travelled on this boat before and have said there are alot of singles, although most travel in groups of four or more.I can't help you with advice on your daughter,i have no kids, but am around your age group.I'm pretty sure they have kids activities, and you can pretty much party by yourself and the kids are looked after.Good luck and if i see you on board i will shout you dinner if you pay for the drinks
