Default For the children ..

For the children ..

The childrens clubs have had a refit. Will now be named 'The Reef' which is the new name for all the kids clubs and will have fully qualified Reef Rangers to look after your children.

Four new groups - 'Splashers' for two to four year olds.

Surfers - for those aged five to eight.

Scubas - for those aged nine to 12 and

Cool H2O - for those aged thirteen to seventeen.

The Reef is already on board Ventura a children and the other family friendly ships will beable to hit 'The Reef from July this year.

Also Noddy will be on board all family ships this summer and soon to be joining the fleet another special guest 'Mr Bump'

He'll be on board from the summer 2008 onwards.

My oh my what a busy time the kids are going to have.

Half way through a reply and the computer shut down!!!!

The nerve!

I was saying, before I was so rudely interupted, that I bank with Lloyd TSB and have, in time, quite a few accounts with them. The Associations I am with all bank with them and have quite a bit of maney accrued :-) ""THATS"" how I know all about Raffles for fund raising ;-) and on average how much a group of people will donate! The Dinner Dance exceeded the average in ticket sales but less than average went to the RNLI

Strange as it may seem, when I used to work for the local rag selling advertising space I always CHOSE a charity that I thought advertisers money could go towards, did a good job.... but less than what I thought was being given, I gave up wasn't fair when wrote to the charity saying we pledge you this etc etc AND IT WASN'T GIVEN..

Ah! YOU chose. Bad move. Always let those buying the tickets choose. Did a reunion in February and the punters were asked to put their favorite charity into the hat. £460.00 worth of Raffle Tickets were sold. No expenses as the tickets were once again prepared and the prizes donated by those taking part. £115.00 went to each of 4 charities drawn out of the hat :-) Once again takings were on a par with those numbers attending :-)

Cruising with your family is a good time to have bonding with them. Its also the good time to relax yourself in everything you do. But make sure that you will not have many dept when you come back from having a good time.
