Princess Cruise Lines is a business and fares, upgrades, etc. are business decisions - greed is not a factor.........by all means, consult your TA and present your thoughts - that's why you have a TA.......I'm sure Princess doesn't feel greedy when it charges some people more for the same cabin than others who are paying much less.........this summer we took a cruise with a different cruise line and met a couple who were paying $1200 less than we were for the same room........we were able to obtain an upgrade on the spot for a small fee, and it all worked out well, but if we hadn't known about the discrepancy and asked for an upgrade, they would have been happy to keep my money..........we had a great cruise too!........it always pays to ask................
