Default tender ports

We will be sailing int Grand Cayman on Sun Princess on Feb 11th. We made plans for scuba diving with a private dive operqatot. Can anyone tell me how Princess runs thier tenders. If we have not boked a ship tour, we will be able to get off the ship early or do we have to wait until all schore excursion people are doen being tendered? On other lines you go to a specified lounge when you are ready to leave, they give you a ticket and call according ticket colors. First Princess cruise so it would be helpul to know how they do it. Thanks

For tenders in port, you are right. Tours from ship get off first. Then they announce that other passengers wishing to get off should go to a certain lounge and they give you tickets. Make sure you get the number of tickets you need for your whole party. You can wait any where on the ship until they call your color or number (forgot which it is). Then you just go to that deck to get off. Happy cruising.

When we were at Cayman on the Grand, if you had a ship sponsered tour you were told to meet at a certain place at a certain time. Everyone else was free to tender as they liked. There will be info in your Princess Patter the night before. Also, that morning the cruise director made announcements as to when the tenders would be ready.

What time are you scheduled to arrive, and what time are you to meet your guide?
