Default Prompt Refunds?

Refunds of deposits, and for other reasons, has been taking on average 6 to 8 weeks with most of the lines, due to the heavy load of accounting work in recent months. One suggestion... don't wait to see it on your CC statement. If the refund credit "hits" your CC account a day or two after the month has closed on your account you may not see the credit on your statement till over a month after it was issued. We suggest calling your credit card company every week or so to see if it was received.

Default Re: Prompt Refunds?

I needed a refund last January for cancelled airfare and it took over six weeks to receive it. I think that the cruise lines are slow regardless of the recent heavy loads.
