I would like to eat at Sabatinis that night.

Italian night on Golden week of 2/9/02 was Wednesday. Suggest doing Sabatini for brunch instead of dinner...dinner menu has fish in almost all the courses whereas brunch has much better selection.
Also be sure to try the Desert Rose. We enjoyed it more thatn Sabatini's!

You have no idea how much I just wanted to answer that Italian cuisine is served on Italian Night. Sorry The decision is made by the chef who obviously doesn't check with anyone else. On our last cruise it was italian night in the dining room but caribbean theme night on the ship. Actually it was kind of funny.
