Default Dining while in port

On Princess' Personal Choice, are the dining rooms closed while in port i.e breakfast, lunch?

Hours may be different and only one dining room might be open with open seating, but the dining rooms are open for all 3 main meals.

The Personal Choice dining room is always closed during breakfast and lunch but the traditional one is open with open seating.
