Default security scanners on board

Recently got back from a 10 day eastern caribbean cruise on the Ocean Princess. The cruise was great but all of our 13 rolls of film came back blank after developing. We know it wasn't the film but we are wondering if it was because of the excessive amount of times the camera and camera bag were put through the scanners when coming back on board. Anyone else have a problem with their film?

Hi Shirley,
How awful for you, all your pictures blank? NO, I've never had that problem, I thought you could have your camera not put through? Guess not, but live and learn, again sorry you lost all your pictures

Last cruise was on Ocean Princess. Shot about 20 rolls of film. All came out just fine.
Did you have film in checked baggage? If it went through one of the newer scanners it
may have had an effect.

That stinks. How do the pictures that turned out look?

I would have the camera checked out to rule out problems there.

I doubt it was the x-ray machine on the ship or at the airport. Could have been a developer problem.

Hi, just got back from a 10 day on The Sun Princess. Had no problems at all with the film. Always walked thru with the camera.
