I'm staying in an AB class cabin (mini-suite) on Sea Princess and I read something in one of these forums that you could get full breakfast served in your cabin if you were staying in a suite. Does this include mini-suites? If so, what about dinners?

Princess offers "24x7" room service in ALL cabins. There's a "room service" menu that's available any time, which is somewhat limited, but the full dining room menu is available during the meal hours of the main dining rooms.
As a convenience, the cabin steward will leave a breakfast order form in your cabin at turn-down. If you fill out the form and put it on the outside handle of your cabin door before retiring at night, your breakfast will appear at whatever time you specify on the form.
I have read that you are not limited to the small choice on the card
for the room service breakfast. You can "write in" any items you wish.
There was a further recommendation that you be very specific, however.
E.g.: Rather than "bacon" say "three strips of crisp bacon" or rather than
"cereal" say "Kelloggs corn flakes with Half and Half cream and blueberries with sugar"
Of course, you should plan on tipping your attendant at the time of delivery.
